Curing skills of concrete precast units in winter

The weather in winter is cold.

If the curing is improper, the concrete is very easy to be frozen.

In serious cases, it will also lead to quality problems such as cracks, looseness, long setting time and so on.

The steam generator can shorten the curing period of concrete in winter, so the curing time of concrete in winter should be shortened.

Generally, during concrete pouring in winter, attention should be paid to rapid pouring to minimize heat loss.

After pouring, it is also necessary to level and plaster the surface, and then strengthen the coverage and maintenance of exposed surface.

Wind proof facilities should be set on the windward side to form an airtight enclosure layer.

After covering with canvas, The high-temperature steam generated by the concrete curing steam generator shall be introduced into the concrete surface for steam curing, and the thermal insulation shall be strengthened at the same time.

The general formwork and insulation layer can be removed only after the concrete hardness meets the requirements.

When the difference between the concrete temperature and the ambient temperature is greater than 20 ℃, the concrete surface after formwork removal shall be covered in time to cool it slowly, which is conducive to the solidification and forming of concrete and avoid cracks in the concrete layer due to inadequate maintenance in the later stage.

The temperature and pressure can be adjusted according to the concrete curing requirements, so as to meet the requirements without waste…
