The spdw structural system used in Zhuyuan sewage treatment plant project is fully called the new cast structural system of inverted T-plate combined with double-sided laminated shear wall, that is, the precast construction technology of connecting inverted T-plate and UHPC in precast double-sided laminated shear wall.
Its successful research and development solves the problem of component overweight caused by too high height and too large span of precast components, greatly reduces the weight of components, improves construction and hoisting efficiency, improves structural performance and reduces structural safety hazards.
In order to better assist the efficient construction of the underground sewage treatment plant, the project expert group and the expert team of Shanghai University of technology monitored the overall construction process on site, evaluated the process level of each construction stage, and verified the overall stiffness and strength of the structure through the 1:1 full-scale surcharge test of the system.
During the R & D period, the project expert group also organized industry experts to guide the project assembly system for many times.
Since the large-scale precast construction was officially carried out on September 5, 2021, 1704 members have been hoisted, accounting for 78%.
The precast wallboard of the on-site precast double-sided composite wall is also used as the formwork for the concrete pouring in the cavity.
