Technical guidelines for standardized design of prefabricated components of prefabricated residential buildings in Nanjing (Trial) (simplified in this paper) I.

General Provisions (I) in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of prefabricated buildings in Nanjing, promote the application of standardized design in prefabricated buildings, guide and standardize the standardized design and production of precast composite concrete floor slab, precast stair slab and precast shear wall slab, according to the current national, industrial and local standards and regulations, This guideline is prepared in combination with the actual situation of Nanjing.

(2) This guideline is applicable to the standardized design and production of prefabricated components of prefabricated residential buildings in Nanjing, and the design and production of other types of prefabricated buildings can be implemented with reference.

(3) The design and production of precast concrete composite floor slab, precast stair slab and precast shear wall panel shall not only meet the requirements of this guide, but also comply with the provisions of relevant national, industrial and local codes, standards and atlas.

2、 Term (I) standardized design of prefabricated components formulate unified standards and modules in the design of prefabricated component system of prefabricated residential buildings, so as to meet the requirements of spatial design and selection of basic functional units and facilitate large-scale production of factories.

(2) The basic functional unit is the building space with different use functions in the three-dimensional structural space of a certain size formed by the combination and restraint of vertical structural member system and transverse structural member system; In residential buildings, it refers to living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

(3) Precast composite floor slab is an assembled integral floor slab composed of precast bottom slab and cast-in-situ reinforced concrete.

This guideline refers to the rectangular precast base plate in reinforced truss concrete two-way composite floor slab.

(4) The whole precast composite floor slab is not split and combined in the basic functional unit, and the precast composite floor slab whose edges are directly placed on the structural beam or shear wall can be included in the calculation of the standardization rate of precast composite floor slab.

(5) Prefabricated components whose overall dimensions, reinforcement and other relevant parameters of standard prefabricated components meet the selection requirements of this guide, including standard prefabricated laminated floor slab, standard prefabricated stair slab and standard prefabricated shear wall slab.

(6) The standardization rate is an index used to measure the degree of compliance of prefabricated components with standardized design in single prefabricated residential buildings.

It is the ratio of the number of standard prefabricated components to the total number of prefabricated components.

3、 1 basic provisions (I) the mechanical performance indexes and durability requirements of concrete, reinforcement and steel used in concrete precast composite floor slab, precast stair slab and precast shear wall slab shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards code for design of concrete structures (GB50010), general code for concrete structures (gb55008), design standard for steel structures (GB50017) and general code for steel structures (gb55006).

1.

The strength grade of concrete shall meet the design requirements and shall not be less than C30; 2.

The reinforcement shall be HRB400 reinforcement, and the reinforcement of reinforcement truss web member shall be hpb300 reinforcement.

3.

The anchor plate of embedded parts shall be made of Q235-B steel, the anchor bar shall be HRB400 reinforcement, and the anchor bar shall not be cold processed reinforcement.

(2) The Bay, depth and floor height of basic functional units in prefabricated residential buildings should meet the layout requirements of standard prefabricated laminated floor slab, prefabricated stair slab and prefabricated shear wall slab.

(3) The design and type selection of prefabricated composite floor slab, prefabricated stair slab and prefabricated shear wall panel in prefabricated residential buildings shall meet the requirements of this guide.

(4) The standardization rate of prefabricated components of prefabricated residential buildings shall take the single building as the calculation unit, and the standardization rate of prefabricated composite floor slab, prefabricated stair slab and prefabricated shear wall slab shall be calculated according to the following formula.

IV.

general provisions of prefabricated composite floor slab 1.

The length and width of concrete prefabricated composite floor slab shall be standardized through the two directions of basic functional unit Bay and depth.

2.

When the dimension of the basic functional unit in the short side direction is not more than 3m and meets the transportation conditions, the prefabricated composite floor shall be designed as a whole; When the size of the floor slab is large and needs to be split, it should be based on the principle of minimizing the number of prefabricated composite floors, and it should be split from the long side of the basic functional unit.

3.

The prefabricated composite floor slab of the basic functional unit shall be split by adopting the standard prefabricated composite floor slab combination mode, and the post cast slab strip shall be uniformly 300mm wide to realize the standardization of prefabricated composite floor slab and reserved reinforcement.

4.

The width of shear wall and beam at the support of precast composite floor slab shall be designed and calculated according to 200mm; The support length of precast composite floor slab extending into shear wall and beam is designed and calculated as 10mm.

5.

The thickness of standard prefabricated composite floor slab is designed and calculated as 60mm, and the thickness of post cast concrete composite layer is designed and calculated as 70mm or 80mm.

6.

The thickness of concrete protective layer of standard precast composite floor slab is designed and calculated as 15mm.

Numbering rule 1.

The standard prefabricated composite floor slab is divided into type I standard slab and type II standard slab.

Type I standard plate is only side plate, which is represented by symbol a; Type II standard plate is divided into side plate and middle plate, which are represented by symbols B and C.

2.

Specification code of slab bottom reinforcement standard precast composite floor slab bottom reinforcement is divided into two specifications according to the structural design requirements, in which the slab bottom reinforcement in width and length direction is C8@150 It is indicated by code 1, and the bottom reinforcement of plate 5 in width and length direction is C8@100 Is represented by code 2.

See table 4.2.23 for details.

See table 4.2.3 for the specifications and codes of prefabricated composite floor reinforcement truss.

When the length of prefabricated composite floor is greater than 3620mm, B80 reinforcement truss should be selected.

Layout and selection table 1.

In the long side direction of the basic functional unit, it is divided into two plate splicing and three plate splicing according to the different layout of the prefabricated laminated floor slab.

The specific layout is shown in figure 4.3.1-1 and figure 4.3.1-2..
