Professional practice record – entering the industrial assembly component base project

On December 12, 2021, under the leadership of Cheng Xiang, a 2019 memer from Chongqing University, some students of the class entered Chengdu Construction Engineering Industrial Construction Co., Ltd.

to conduct practical investigation and study of the fabricated component base, in order to understand the production technology and development frontier of domestic fabricated components.

1 project background due to the gradual disappearance of demographic dividend, the aging of labor population, labor shortage, difficult recruitment and increasing labor cost, traditional labor-intensive industries such as construction industry and manufacturing industry are facing challenges, so it is urgent to promote the industrial upgrading of construction industry.

In addition, building industrialization has outstanding advantages such as energy saving, material saving and green environmental protection.

Building industrialization has become the only way for the development, transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and a revolutionary transformation of the production mode of the construction industry.

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of building industrialization.

Premier Li Keqiang clearly pointed out in the 2016 government work report that we should accelerate the transformation from traditional buildings to prefabricated buildings.

In September of the same year, the general office of the State Council issued the guiding opinions on vigorously developing prefabricated buildings (GBF [2016] No.

71), which put forward overall requirements for the development of prefabricated buildings, Key tasks have been deployed.

Further promote the development of construction industrialization from the policy.

2 practice review under the leadership of the staff, the students first visited the early finished form of fabricated components, and learned about its advantages and disadvantages in the process of transportation and use through the introduction of the commentator.

Then I visited the finished product storage yard of the fabricated components now produced, and some problems have been effectively improved.

Finally, enter the product factory and visit the whole production line of assembled components.

From mold workshop (mold processing) – reinforcement workshop (reinforcement framework and mesh forming) – machining workshop (embedded and reserved accessories processing) – concrete mixing plant (concrete preparation) – component workshop (reinforcement accessories assembly, concrete forming, curing, demoulding and hoisting) – finished product workshop (component warehousing, finished product stacking and protection, component outbound and loading) Visited and studied one by one, and understood the whole process flow of fabricated components.

The production materials in the workshop are stacked orderly and there are few workers, but they are in order, which really achieves cost saving, green environmental protection and efficient production.

With the active questions and discussions and the careful and detailed explanations of the commentators, the students have a deeper understanding of the principle and significance of industrialized production of fabricated components, and have a more intuitive understanding of the whole industrialized production mode of buildings.

3 practice experience the students gained a lot from this visit.

At the same time, they also felt the impact and moved in their hearts.

This is a great initiative, a major change in the production mode of the construction industry, and a great challenge to builders.

We should actively strive to further improve the design, reduce the transportation cost, improve the production process, production efficiency and production efficiency, and make more suitable assembled components for modern buildings, so as to improve the assembly rate of modern buildings and realize the effective transformation of building industrialization.
