The counting method of flaw detection proportion: for the same type of weld, the percentage of factory made weld shall be calculated according to each weld; The percentage of on-site installation welds shall be calculated according to the cumulative length of each joint weld; When the flaw detection length is not less than 200mm, there shall be no less than one weld.

The appearance of steel members shall be free from obvious bending deformation, and the flange plate and end edge shall be straight.

5.

7.

During product processing, the spacing of panel welds on the same section shall not be less than 200mm.

10.

The allowable cutting deviation of cold-formed thin-walled section steel shall be ± 2mm.

6.

All kinds of connecting welds of steel structural members shall be welded according to the weld quality grade required by the product processing drawing.

14.

Table 1 weld quality grade 15 For the welds that fail to pass the flaw detection, in addition to repairing the welds at the unqualified parts, the re inspection shall be doubled; When the re inspection is still unqualified, 100% flaw detection shall be carried out for the weld.

The welding environment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard code for welding of steel structures (gb50661).

1.

The center distance between two holes on cold-formed thin-walled steel members shall not be less than 80mm.

11.

The flange surface and web surface shall be free of obvious concave convex surface, damage and scratch, as well as weld beading, oil stain, mud sand, burr, etc.

12.

The deviation of the overall dimension of single-layer steel column, the overall dimension of welded solid web beam, the overall dimension of purlin and wall beam, the geometric dimension of profiled metal plate, metal flashing and edge closing parts shall meet the specification requirements.

Two Hole Anchor

9.

Before the fabrication of steel components, the processing process documents shall be prepared according to the requirements of design documents, construction details and the technical conditions of the manufacturer, and the reasonable process flow and quality assurance system shall be established.

2.

The through welding hole should be processed by locking machine or scribed cutting.

The steel, auxiliary materials, connection and coating materials used for steel structure shall have quality certificates and shall comply with the provisions of design documents and current relevant national standards.

13.

Components with excessive welding deformation can be corrected by cold work or local heating.

When welding H-section members, the flange, web and end plate must be corrected and straight.

The same hole group with a large number of holes on the thicker steel plate should be made by drilling die, and the thinner steel plate and cold-formed thin-walled steel members should be made by punching.

Welding rods, welding wires and other welding materials shall be classified and stacked in a dry welding material storage room according to the material, type and specification, and shall be kept intact and tidy.

Non destructive testing of welds shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standards nondestructive testing of welds – Ultrasonic testing technology, testing grade and evaluation (GB / t11345) and ultrasonic testing and quality classification method of steel structures (JG / t203).

4.

The cutting surface and shear surface of cold-formed thin-walled section steel shall be free of cracks, sawtooth and non design missing angle greater than 5mm.

In case of infringement or the owner of the original copyright disagrees.

The flatness, cutting depth and local notch depth of the cutting surface should comply with the provisions of the current national standard code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures (gb50205).

3.

Sampling and re inspection of steel, inspection and acceptance of welding materials and fabrication of steel structures shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standards code for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures (gb50205) and code for construction of steel structures (gb50755).

The weld quality grade and flaw detection proportion shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.
