How to conquer? After visiting, studying and discussing in different factories, the company agreed to improve the process and realize the offline binding of reinforcement! At the beginning of 2022, through the overall layout re planning of the PC workshop, hanggou • construction engineering building materials company set up six LED screen offline binding stations across the west of the workshop.

After receiving the production order, the labor deepening management team will convert the drawings into pictures and put them on the corresponding station in advance, and then transfer the semi-finished reinforcement and truss reinforcement of each number to the LED binding work area.

After confirming that the number of LED screen and the projection of reinforcement are correct, carry out reinforcement layout and binding.

According to the projection displayed by LED, the workers will place one reinforcement on the projection formwork according to its position, Moreover, L-shaped angle steel retaining strip is set at the edge of the screen to ensure that the length of reinforcement is consistent and there is no rolling and dislocation in binding.

After binding, check the hanging signboards again.

After confirmation, stack them in stacks according to the production scheduling sequence.

On the assembly line station, the composition mode of the die has also changed accordingly, from the original steel film to the current combination mode of glue film and aluminum film.

Workers first assemble the lower rubber film on the formwork, then place the reinforcement mesh on the rubber film and control the extension length of the reinforcement.

Finally, press the upper aluminum film on the rubber film and mesh, control the tight joint at the reinforcement through the pressure of the magnetic box and the elastic shrinkage of the rubber film, and then proceed to the next process.

In this way, the original time of binding reinforcement on the line is transferred to the offline, and all processes can be carried out synchronously.

The 10-15 minute process of binding reinforcement is compressed to 2 minutes for placing reinforcement mesh, which effectively improves the efficiency by 80% – 87%; The binding mesh has high accuracy and simple operation.

Workers can take up their posts after simple training.

Moreover, the production of adhesive film and aluminum film can be applicable to the production of laminated plates of all sizes and models.

There is no restriction on the production scheduling and stacking sequence, with large universality and high degree of freedom, which fundamentally solves the problems caused by the original detailed production scheduling.
