On January 11, 2022, the national key R & D project “Research on the integration of rural residential precast rapid construction system and passive energy saving” (2018yfd1100903), undertaken by Shanghai Construction Science and innovation center of Huajian group, held a year-end summary meeting.
In order to implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements, the meeting was held in the way of “Online + offline”.

The principals and research backbone of each sub project introduced the progress of the sub project around the “four questions” of performance management, including the important progress and achievements of the sub project The problems found and solved in the implementation process, the support of stage results for follow-up research, the contribution of results to the economic and social development of the industry, etc.
at the same time, it also reports the personnel investment, expenditure and next work arrangement of the sub topic.
With the goal of high performance, low cost, passive energy saving and rapid construction, this topic carries out the research on the applicability of precast construction technology, and develops the precast rapid construction system suitable for rural housing, so as to meet the needs of rural livable housing for efficient, low-cost and intensive construction.
The subject focuses on the research of three structural systems: double-sided laminated wall system, dry bolt connection system and light steel composite system, studies its passive energy-saving integration technology and component library, and carries out the construction demonstration and Atlas Compilation of rural houses.
At present, the progress of the project is good, the assessment indicators such as papers and patents have met the requirements, and four demonstration projects have been implemented, covering an area of about 25000 square meters.
The expert group of the demonstration project of double-sided laminated shear wall system in Ruanxiang village, Jinshan, Shanghai, the demonstration project of dry bolt connection system in Wangshang village, Yangling District, Xi’an, the demonstration project of light steel truss light concrete strengthened surface composite wall panel structure system in Changfeng County, Hefei listened to the report and agreed that the results before the course were rich and in line with the requirements of the assignment.
Each expert comments on the sub topics one by one to guide the research work in the next stage.
At the end of the meeting, Gao Xiaoming and Li Xiaoming of the project team put forward the work requirements for 2022 on behalf of the project.
The project will be concluded in December 2022.
The research group will continue to work with high standards and strict requirements, and vigorously carry out various key work before the conclusion of the project.
