On the morning of January 8, the second session of the online salon on green and high-quality development of precast building industry (special session on precast building materials) was successfully held.

It is reported that this online salon is composed of four venues: innovative low-carbon, precast building materials, precast decoration and green house construction, which will be held on December 25, 2021, January 8, January 15 and January 22, 2022 respectively.
In this special session on precast building materials, experts from various enterprises were invited to exchange and share around the theme of “collaborative innovation of precast building industry”.
Zhang Bao, chairman of the Special Committee on building industrialization of Sichuan civil architecture society, presided over the activity.
At the meeting, enterprise experts shared their themes, exchanged experiences and collided ideas.
Liao Haijun, deputy chief engineer of Huagou science and technology, first shared the application of precast building technology system and PC parts, and introduced four aspects: precast building technology system, precast building standard system, precast building product output and precast building project cases; Zhang Shiyuan, chief engineer of Beixin group, shared the key technology of Beixin group’s precast buildings – Analysis of FK light precast peripheral protection system, analyzed that precast buildings are the development trend of building industrialization, introduced Beixin’s complete technology system of precast buildings and the core technology of Beixin FK complete system of precast buildings, and analyzed FK’s investment and cooperation mode; Kong Lingke, chairman of Jiangxi Sinoma new materials Co., Ltd., shared the introduction to China building materials foamed ceramics, and introduced the properties of China building materials foamed ceramic plate, the manufacturing process of foamed ceramic products, the research on the application properties of foamed ceramic building products and the promotion of the application of foamed ceramic building products; Fan Deke, executive deputy general manager of Beijing Branch of China building materials Zhongyan Technology Co., Ltd., shared the construction quality control measures for sleeve grouting connection of cast concrete structure, and successively introduced the current situation of reinforcement sleeve grouting connection quality, control measures before grouting, control measures during grouting and quality inspection and detection technology after grouting.
With the continuous promulgation of relevant policies at the national level, many provinces and cities have also improved the relevant plans and opinions to promote the development of precast industry, and more and more market subjects have joined the construction army of precast buildings.
