The weight of single member exceeds 400 tons — a breakthrough has been made in the prefabrication and assembly technology of long section

At the beginning of the new year, Shanghai municipal general hospital received a letter of praise from China xiong’an group infrastructure Co., Ltd., pointing out that the general hospital has made an important contribution to the implementation of the “demonstration project of long section and large tonnage integral prefabricated assembly comprehensive pipe gallery in xiong’an New Area”.

As the first prefabrication project of comprehensive pipe gallery in xiong’an new area, “demonstration project of long section and large tonnage integral prefabrication and assembly comprehensive pipe gallery in xiong’an New Area” was completed in August 2021.

The project has made a major breakthrough in the original section overall assembly technology, and realized multi-disciplinary collaborative R & D and design of engineering design, construction technology and equipment manufacturing.

In order to solve the problem of transportation and assembly of large tonnage components in the pit, the team learned from the construction technology of high-speed rail track beam, formed the technical idea of “Corridor Transportation Corridor and corridor erection corridor”, and carried out a series of technical problems such as structural design, waterproof design, construction technology and equipment research and development, adopted a large number of information technologies and widely introduced intelligent equipment, Successfully solved the construction and technical problems of the project, and supported the high-quality and high-level construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery in xiong’an new area.

Leading by technology, the first international prefabrication and assembly is an important development direction of the construction technology of the comprehensive pipe gallery.

As early as 2007, the General Institute carried out relevant experimental research and successfully applied it in the comprehensive pipe gallery project in the Shanghai World Expo Park.

Prefabrication and assembly technology not only improves the quality of pipe gallery, but also realizes the parallel construction of foundation excavation and prefabrication, which improves the construction efficiency by one third compared with the traditional method.

The prefabrication and assembly of long section and large tonnage comprehensive pipe gallery is the first time in the world.

The relevant technologies studied and verified in this project have accumulated valuable experience for the implementation of similar projects.
