The main features of this nomadic PC production line design are that the equipment is based on prefabricated parts, which can be used repeatedly in the field, the speed of on-site installation is fast, the investment is relatively low, and it is easy to relocate quickly.” At present, Xindi’s nomadic production line has been applied to the station buildings of the Afu Zhun Railway in Xinjiang, Fujiu in Jiangsu Beijing Yantong Changping, Houlu and other projects.

Expandable combined long line pedestal production line In addition, the expandable combined long line pedestal production line is also developed and produced by Xindi, and implemented in Shengteng Science and Technology Industrial Park Co., Ltd.

The production line adopts 140 m long line pedestal and pretensioning production technology.

It is the first prestressed long line pedestal production line in China that is self-sustaining, can be combined, can be arbitrarily divided, and can be nomadic.

It can produce prestressed concrete double T plates of different lengths, widths, and heights, and achieve the design goal of the first mock examination with multiple uses.

Gao Jiedong said: “This year, we have provided the latest production line for China National Building Materials in Qufu, Shandong Province.

It is a two span workshop with seven lines, three of which are 4m mold tables, four of which are 2.5m mold tables.

The whole length is more than 100 meters.

The equipment adopts the mobile mode.

The construction of high-grade and modern products with fixed flexible production lines requires a high degree of flexibility based on solid technology.

Xindadi has also developed a fusion product of efficiency and flexibility: fixed flexible production lines.

The production system is based on the fixed mold platform production mode, combined with the efficient operation equipment in the assembly line, these equipment can work on the fixed mold platform by moving themselves through the track, and each mobile equipment can be transferred through the equipment ferry, which can realize the sharing of one set of equipment for multiple production lines, reduce the equipment input and realize the efficient and flexible production of components on the fixed mold platform.

The fixed flexible production line can be fixed in the plant or moved to the construction site for nomadic production.

The production line can be used to produce various flat components, such as grouting sleeve shear wall, external wall hanging plate, prefabricated floor products.

Components can be mixed, production scheduling is flexible, and production energy consumption is low.

In terms of after-sales service, Xindi has established offices in key regions of the country since the end of last year, such as the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region, and the Pearl River Delta region.
