The function of the 02 anchor rod support plate is an important component of the anchor rod, which has a significant impact on the performance of the anchor rod support function.
The support plate has two aspects: firstly, by applying a certain torque to the nut, the support plate compresses the surface of the tunnel, providing pre tightening force to the anchor rod, and spreading the pre tightening force to the surrounding coal and rock mass, thereby improving the stress state of the surrounding rock, suppressing the separation of the surrounding rock, sliding of the structural plane, and opening of joint cracks, and achieving the active and timely support function of the anchor rod; The second is that the deformation of the surrounding rock causes the load to act on the support plate, which transfers the load to the anchor rod body, increasing the working resistance of the anchor rod, and fully exerting the role of the anchor rod in controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock.
