Under steam curing conditions, PC components need to meet certain strength requirements before demoulding, and the concrete strength should be guaranteed to be no less than 15Mpa.

The traditional PC component curing methods include natural curing, steam curing, solar curing, infrared curing, etc., of which natural curing (12.2%) and steam curing (87.8%) are common.

This not only means that the factory has steam curing conditions, but also shows that the proportion of components produced by steam curing is high, and the factory is basically full load production.

Labor: The price of Chinese labor workers in labor outsourcing or self-supporting mode is increasing year by year, and the wage growth is also accelerating gradually.

The labor cost is taking up a higher and higher proportion in PC components.

In order to reduce the labor cost, some PC component factories choose to outsource labor, and organize production for workers by signing a labor contract with the labor company.

Generally, the wage cost of using labor outsourcing is lower than that of their own employees, And it can be delivered according to a lower standard on the “five insurances and one fund”, with lower overall explicit cost, but there are also problems such as uneven quality of dispatched personnel and difficulty in management.

Own workers have higher wages and welfare benefits.

They still need to pay fixed wages when the demand for production capacity is insufficient, which will bring a certain cost burden.

However, due to the relatively high quality of industrial workers trained by themselves, the product quality is also more guaranteed.

Product category At present, China’s prefabricated component products are mainly concentrated in prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated floors, prefabricated beams, prefabricated columns, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated balconies and other aspects for residential buildings.

The prefabricated component product system of municipal infrastructure includes prefabricated pipe gallery, prefabricated bridge, prefabricated segment, prefabricated drainage pipeline, etc.

The survey results show that the prefabricated components of municipal infrastructure have a large market scale, a high degree of standardization and good product quality, and gradually become the main products of the PC industry.

The development of municipal components has been relatively healthy and orderly.

Product quality The production of prefabricated components is an important part of prefabricated buildings, and its product quality directly affects the smooth implementation of prefabricated buildings.

Through investigation and analysis, due to tight time, heavy tasks, improper management and other reasons, the prefabricated component factory has encountered problems such as appearance quality, size deviation, reserved hole blockage, which caused quality defects of some prefabricated components in the factory and affected the overall quality of prefabricated buildings.

Prefabricated component price In terms of prefabricated component prices, major cities across the country have successively published prefabricated component reference information prices every month.

Due to the increase in the number of prefabricated enterprises, the difference in raw materials and labor costs, the price competition is very fierce, and the actual price is generally 20% – 30% lower than the market guidance price.

The price of prefabricated components includes direct costs such as materials, labor, equipment and facilities, as well as indirect costs such as management fees, profits, taxes, etc.

From the current level of enterprise production and management, the overall production efficiency is not much different.

The price competition is mainly to solve the business problem of more and less porridge, which is also the survival and development problem faced by most prefabricated plants at present.
