The drainage riser of the kitchen and toilet needs to be reserved with holes in the pre embedded stage, and the casing is needed to reserve the holes.
The diameter of the reserved holes needs to be larger than the diameter of the riser, which is generally 5~10 cm larger.
If the riser is too small, it can not be put in.
Also, there are many layers.
The error of the reserved holes up and down causes the multi-layer holes not on the same vertical line, and the installation is not smooth and straight.
If the opening is large, the offset error can be generally ignored.
Moreover, the hole is too large, and it is not easy to repair it later.
Maybe it’s good to play less and fill more, don’t you think? For the openings and embedded components reserved on the side of the rear wall, before embedding, use the blueprint scale or CAD drawing software to determine the position of the rear wall, and then determine the position of the pipe fittings or openings.
Remember that the position of the rear wall and component openings cannot be located according to the woodworking formwork.
It can also be located according to the location of the shear wall.
For example, it can be located according to the shear wall AB and BC in the figure.
Since the H-shaped cross is installed on the toilet drainage riser and vent pipe, the centering of the H-shaped cross is 18cm, so the centering of the drainage riser and vent riser should also be 18cm.
The washbasin floor drain shall be embedded at a distance of 20cm from the wall.
Considering the later painting, the toilet shall be about 45cm from the wall.
Generally, the center of the riser is 15cm away from the wall (taking into account the flexible changes in the later plastering thickness or insulation thickness) (II) About the embedding of the casing close to the external wall.
The casings close to the external wall mainly include: reserved holes for air conditioning water outlet, water supply holes for solar collectors, balcony floor drains and drainage riser holes close to the external wall, as well as air conditioning external wall drainage riser, eaves drainage riser, etc.
The casing for air conditioning water out of the wall is reserved.
The reserved height of ordinary rooms is about the same as that of air conditioning sockets.
The height inside is high and the height outside is low, forming a certain slope, which is conducive to the discharge of air conditioning water.
In special locations, attention should be paid to the thickness of the insulation board in the later period.
The hole reservation of the cold and hot water pipes of the solar collector is the easiest to ignore, because the water drawings are generally not marked, remember to reserve.
Before reserving the floor drain and drainage riser close to the exterior wall, it is necessary to fully consider whether to do thermal insulation in the later period, so as to reserve a good position to avoid the hole being too small or even covering the hole after the insulation board is pasted in the later period.
Some external wall drainage pipes need to be installed through the external wall air-conditioning bedplate.
Read the drawing carefully to avoid omission.
Special attention should be paid to the embedment of drainage sleeves at the top of the building.
It is very difficult to drill holes if they are omitted.
