Interpretation of technical requirements for cast finished support

The cast finished support is applicable to the pipeline of municipal and construction engineering.

The transmission medium temperature is – 20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, the system pressure is less than or equal to 1.6Mpa, the nominal size of the pipeline is dn10 ~ DN300, and the supports and hangers with gravity as the main load of water supply and drainage, gas, heat, electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection systems.

Technical requirements for cast finished support 1.

The anchor bolt for fixed support adopts metal anchor bolt with the performance of adapting to cracked concrete.

2.

The finished channel steel is cold drawn channel steel, which is convenient for later pipeline installation, maintenance and expansion.

The wall thickness of channel steel shall be ≥ 2.0mm, and the bearing performance test report shall be provided.

The inner edge of the finished channel steel must have teeth, and the tooth depth shall not be less than 0.9 mm, and the installation of all accessories depends on mechanical bite.

It is strictly prohibited to use the friction of accessories to bear the stress, so as to ensure the reliable connection of the whole system.

After the installation of the whole integrated pipeline, it shall have safe seismic, impact and slip resistance.

3.

The surface treatment of finished channel steel adopts hot galvanizing (the thickness of zinc layer shall not be less than 45 µ m) or passivation galvanizing plus epoxy spraying (the thickness shall not be less than 70UM); Parts and accessories can be electro galvanized, and the coating thickness shall not be less than 5um.

Parts and accessories shall be hot-dip galvanized to meet the durability of comprehensive pipeline supports and hangers.

When the finished channel steel is cut on site, the section of the cut shall be vertical.

After cutting, the burr of the cut shall be removed with sandpaper or board file, and then the cut shall be repaired with coating.

The hot-dip galvanized finished channel steel shall be supplemented with zinc spraying tank, and the repaired coating thickness shall not be less than the original coating thickness.

Q235 steel specified in the national standard carbon structural steel (GB / T700) shall be used as the material of all specifications of single spliced finished channel steel and double spliced finished channel steel.

4.

Inert rubber inner gasket shall be provided in the pipe clamp supporting the installation of metal pipes to achieve the effect of insulation, shockproof and noise reduction.

5.

The lock nut is made of Q235 steel specified in the national standard carbon structural steel GB / T700.

The channel steel lock must have teeth to be embedded into the inner curved groove edge to form a locking key.

The connecting nut can be placed at any position along the channel steel and make the connection accurate.

Friction type connecting nut is strictly prohibited.

6.

The finished channel steel connector shall be made of Q235 steel specified in the national standard carbon structural steel (GB / T700).

7.

Q235 steel specified in the national standard carbon structural steel GB / T700 shall be used as the material of through wire screw, and the screw strength shall not be lower than grade 4.8.

8.

The hexagon nut and hexagon nut shall be made of Q235 steel specified in the national standard carbon structural steel GB / T700, and the nut strength shall not be lower than Grade 8.

9.

The spare parts and profiles of all products are precast in the factory and assembled according to the on-site dimensions.

Welding on site is not allowed.

10.

After the installation of the integrated support and hanger, it has safe anti vibration, anti impact and anti slip performance.

Material requirements for cast finished support 1.

Channel steel, pipe clamp and various connectors: Q235 / s250gd / SJR steel or steel with equivalent performance.

2.

Hexagon bolt: performance grade 8.8.

3.

Lock nut: performance grade 8.8.

4.

Through wire suspender: the performance grade shall not be less than grade 4.8.

5.

Rubber pad is equipped in the pipe clamp of metal pipe: EPDM.

6.

Anchor bolt: performance grade 8.8, bottom expanding anchor bolt after hot-dip galvanizing.

Material requirements for cast finished support channel steel 1.

The channel steel shall be cold pressed standard steel.

The channel steel shall provide (but not limited to) the following different types of section dimensions (Height x width, mm): 21×41, 41×41, 62×41, 21d × 41 (double), 41D × 41 (double), 62D × 41 (double splicing), or other specifications whose calculated stress performance meets the requirements.

2.

The wall thickness of channel steel shall not be less than 2.5mm to ensure the stiffness and stress performance of channel steel, and corresponding mechanical test reports shall be provided.

3.

The surface treatment of channel steel of all pipe support and hanger system materials shall be hot-dip galvanized, and the thickness of zinc layer shall not be less than 45 μ m.

The thickness of electro galvanized parts shall not be less than 7 μ m。 4.

There shall be machined continuous triangular teeth on the channel steel crimp and the corresponding position on the lock nut in contact with the channel steel crimp.

The depth of the teeth shall not be less than and the tooth tip spacing shall ensure that the channel steel and the lock nut are mechanically engaged and connected to prevent the nut from loosening due to vibration.

It is strictly prohibited to use any connection method that bears the force by friction.
