On February 24, the assembly of the first ring components of the prefabricated station of Pingxi station of Shenzhen Metro Line 3 produced by the prefabricated building component production base of China Railway 14th Bureau was completed, and the production of prefabricated components in the production base has made significant progress.

Huizhou prefabricated component factory is located in Huida logistics park, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 140 mu.

According to the functional areas, it is divided into: comprehensive office and living area, test and detection R & D area, fabricated component production area, fabricated component storage area and other auxiliary areas, with a design capacity of 2 rings / day.

The component factory undertakes the prefabrication and production of fabricated components of fukeng station, Longxing station, Apollo south station and Pingxi station of phase IV of Shenzhen urban rail transit line 16.

The total number of fabricated components is 352 rings.

The construction contents include component factory construction, component formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication and installation, concrete pouring and maintenance, component storage and transportation to the site, etc.

Subway prefabricated station is a new form of prefabricated building.

It centralizes the reinforcement and concrete constructed by traditional construction method into prefabricated components in the factory, which are finally assembled at one time at the construction site of the main structure, like building blocks.

In order to ensure the production quality of components, Huizhou component factory optimized the production process of each precast block, completed the mix proportion design of high-performance concrete, prefabrication of concrete cavity weight reducing block (core formwork), research and development of anti floating tooling, vibration process test, etc., and cooperated with the Design Institute, mold manufacturers and colleges and universities to optimize the production process of components, molds, embedded parts, reinforcement framework The reinforcement profiling has been further designed and optimized.

By improving the accuracy of reinforcement cage, accurately positioning embedded parts and adopting high-precision molds, the length error of large prefabricated components in prefabricated station will be controlled within 1mm.

After the assembly of each mold, three-dimensional scanner will be used for solid scanning, and the scanning accuracy can be controlled within 0.02mm, so as to provide guarantee for the production quality of prefabricated components.
