The external wall formwork can be used as an insulation layer without removal!

Originated from Chifeng construction industry association and Hongji group, in recent years, due to the continuous innovation of wall materials, the requirements of building energy-saving development and the continuous progress of construction technology, the wall free formwork has been developed and applied in some domestic cities.

The characteristics of this type of formwork are: after the concrete pouring is completed, the external formwork of the external wall is not removed.

As the thermal insulation structure of the building, the construction process of external thermal insulation paste is omitted, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is reduced.

Acer Group took the lead in applying the free form removal system and summarized the construction experience, forming YZ free form construction method.

Among them, thermosetting composite polystyrene foam insulation board and phenolic foam board (or graphite polystyrene board and XPS board) are used as core materials, and both sides are composed of surface layers composed of polymer mortar and glass fiber mesh.

It is a prefabricated board with thermal insulation function and the function of template removal.

It can integrate insulation and structure, change the performance and construction method of traditional insulation, and reduce the common defects of traditional insulation quality.

The non removable formwork is divided into type I and type II according to the use and structure, which have good strength, rigidity, stability, good thermal insulation performance and fire resistance.

Type I is composed of reinforcing layer, thermosetting composite polystyrene foam insulation board and insulation layer, and type II is composed of insulation layer, adhesive layer, reinforcing layer, thermosetting composite polystyrene foam insulation board and insulation layer.
