With the rapid development and application of assembly technology, component prefabrication has become a new construction method.
Adopting building standardization and industrial production to produce construction components will not only save materials and reduce construction costs, but also improve work efficiency and develop green construction.
This paper is 15 typical component prefabrication technologies popularized and applied by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau for reference and implementation in the project.

During the detailed design of prefabricated external wall, the prefabricated external wall integrating thermal insulation, doors and windows, and tiling (coating) shall be adopted for the external wall of the building, and shall be hoisted in a centralized manner.
Only the finishing work is required in the later stage.
It can reduce the hidden danger of water seepage of external walls.
2 prefabricated bay window: the bay window adopts prefabricated components and embedded aluminum alloy window frame.
In the later stage, only glass is installed.
The water drip line is set at the top of the window to solve the waterproof problem.

Prefabricated components shall be used for the prefabricated staircase and partition wall of the staircase.
The wet operation of the whole staircase shall be canceled.
The prefabricated staircase partition wall shall be embedded with handrail connectors to avoid opening during the installation of the handrail.
4 the prefabricated floor slab shall be factory prefabricated, especially the floor slab of the toilet.
The reserved opening of the pipeline can be cast in one time to improve the anti-seepage.

Prefabricated Balcony: prefabricated components are used for the balcony.
The lamp box and wire pipe of the balcony are embedded.
The water stop joint of the riser is embedded and the railing installation hole is reserved.
10mm shall be reserved for the connection node with prefabricated components, and 15mm thick rubber strip shall be used for soft connection of PC components, which shall be fastened by pressing pieces to prevent slurry leakage.
6 during the detailed design of prefabricated sanitary ware, the toilet shall be deepened into prefabricated integrated sanitary ware, which shall be directly hoisted to the toilet during the construction of the main structure, so as to reduce the construction process, reduce the hidden danger of water seepage in the toilet, and save the construction period.

During temporary road construction of prefabricated road project, prefabricated road assembly is adopted to save the strength and waiting time of cast-in-place concrete.
In the later stage, it can be directly transported to improve the utilization rate of prefabricated road and avoid the waste of building materials and environmental pollution.

During the construction of prefabricated cable trench and outdoor cable trench, prefabricated finished cable trench shall be used, and the earthwork shall be directly assembled after excavation, so as to reduce the procedures such as formwork erection and reinforcement binding, save the construction time and be less affected by the natural weather.
9 the prefabricated floor insulation layer shall be subject to structural slope making, and the insulation layer and protective layer of the floor shall be prefabricated and installed in one time.
10 prefabricated roof drainage ditch prefabricated roof drainage ditch, integrated with roof insulation layer.

Prefabricated air-conditioning holes shall be prefabricated in advance for the hollow brick wall of prefabricated finished air-conditioning holes and installed on site, which is conducive to reducing construction waste and keeping the site clean.

The prefabricated components shall be processed and embedded in advance with the embedded blocks of the wire box of the prefabricated machine.
The prefabricated components shall be directly installed with the secondary structure construction, with less slotting and faster progress.
13 prefabricated U-shaped block: U-shaped block is used as the formwork of secondary structure lintel, which saves formwork, has fast construction speed, saves labor, and has good forming quality.

Prefabricate the side formwork components between the cable trays of the electric shaft, optimize the layout of the electric shaft, determine the position and size of the opening of the bus bar of the cable tray.
During the ground construction of the electric shaft, PC small components (which can be replaced by cheap stones) are used as the side formwork of the opening, and the ground decoration is closed at one time.
15.
The PC construction method of foundation bearing platform adopts PC plate instead of traditional brick mold, reduces the amount of masonry painting construction, and improves the construction progress of foundation and the dimensional accuracy of bearing platform.
