Detailed explanation of the whole production process of prefabricated components of underground comprehensive pipe gallery

1、 Site setting: prefabrication site 1.

The site is selected according to the actual situation of the project.

The site adopts closed management to set the entrance and exit.

Construction access roads are reserved in the planning area of the site, and various signs are hung and posted at the entrance and exit according to regulations.

The layout of the Prefabrication Yard shall be in strict accordance with the requirements of the standard factory, the requirements of the occupational health, safety and environmental management system and the HSE operation instructions.

Various safety and environmental protection facilities shall be set up and fully equipped to meet the requirements of safe and civilized production.

The sewage discharge and garbage disposal shall be in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the local government departments.

Clean, level, vibrate and compact the prefabrication site, lay 20cm thick cement stabilized crushed stone base, level and vibrate and compact.

Pour 15cm thick C20 commercial concrete on the cement stabilized crushed stone base for the main access road in the plant area, and pour 10cm thick C20 commercial concrete in the reinforcement processing and installation area, prefabrication and production area, and the natural maintenance and placement area of the comprehensive pipe gallery.

Excavate a foundation trench with a depth of 60cm at the gantry crane rail erection position, pour concrete and set a rail laying trench.

The following three points should also be achieved: (1) the site needs to be cleared and leveled, including the prefabrication site, the access road connecting the construction site with the existing transportation road, and the prefabrication site.

(2) The stones, weeds, trees and structures that affect the passage of construction machines and tools or construction operations in the prefabrication site shall be cleaned up, the ditches and ridges shall be leveled, and the low-lying areas with ponding shall be drained and filled, and replaced if necessary, to fully ensure the flatness and bearing and compressive capacity of the ground.

(3) The cleaning and leveling of the prefabrication site shall follow the principle of saving land acquisition or occupation, not hindering traffic, not damaging buildings, facilities, monuments, etc., and preventing environmental pollution and water and soil loss.

Reinforcement processing and installation area, prefabrication and production steam curing area of comprehensive pipe gallery, natural curing shed of comprehensive pipe gallery, storage area of comprehensive pipe gallery and other functional areas are arranged in the Prefabrication Yard.

The office area and living area shall be set according to the actual situation, and the entrance and exit of the Prefabrication Yard shall be provided with a guard room.

2、 Production process manufacturing process flow chart 1.

Mobilization of construction materials, sampling and inspection, reinforcement processing, reinforcement binding and installation.

(1) Rebar mobilization inspection a.

the rebar is hot-rolled hpb300 rebar and hot-rolled HRB400 rebar.

The standard strength of the rebar meets article 4.2.2 of gb50010-2010.

The Ribbed Rebar meets the provisions of steel for reinforced concrete: Part II: Hot Rolled Ribbed Rebar (gb1499.2-2007); Plain round steel bars shall conform to steel for reinforced concrete: Part I: hot rolled ribbed steel bars (gb1499.1-2008).

Q235-B steel is used for the steel plate, and E43 welding rod is used for welding hpb300 steel; E55 welding rod is used for welding HRB400 steel.

Before entering the site, strictly check whether the variety, grade, specification, quantity are consistent with the material list, product certificate, factory inspection report, mobilization re inspection report and other factory quality certificates are complete, true and effective, and take test pieces for mechanical property inspection.

The quality must meet the provisions of relevant standards.

Before entering the site and using the reinforcement, check the appearance quality of the reinforcement, whether it is straight and undamaged, whether there is slag inclusion, double skin, crack, oil stain, granular or flake old rust on the surface, whether the color is consistent, and whether the diameter of the reinforcement meets the requirements to avoid affecting the strength and anchoring performance of the reinforcement.

The inspection of steel plate and welding rod before mobilization is the same as that of reinforcement.

(2) Reinforcement storage a The mobilized rebar shall be stored in the rebar storage area with tags according to varieties, specifications and grades, and shall be accepted and warehoused by the materialman and the storekeeper.

The rebar shall be stored under the cover to prevent rusting.

Check whether the reinforcement has factory certificate, factory inspection report and mobilization re inspection report.

Check the appearance quality and batch representative diameter.

The quality index of reinforcement must be comprehensively checked.

The diameter and weight deviation shall be checked by batch.

The 60 tons of reinforcement entering the same construction site at the same factory, furnace number, specification, production process and time shall be regarded as an inspection batch.

The less than 60 tons shall also be regarded as an inspection batch for witness sampling.

The reinforcement sampling shall be carried out by the supervision engineer on site.

Two tensile test pieces with a length of about 450mm and two cold bending test pieces with a length of about 350mm shall be taken from each of the two reinforcement bars and put into the test box.

Then the supervisor shall seal the box or send it to the laboratory.

If the retest report results are unqualified, double the samples shall be taken for retest.

The retest report results are qualified, and the professional supervision engineer shall sign for confirmation before the batch of reinforcement can be processed and used.

Storage of other materials shall be classified and moisture proof measures shall be taken.

(3) Before reinforcement processing, the blanking length of each type of reinforcement shall be calculated and determined according to the design specifications, length and quantity, combined with different processing technologies, to ensure accuracy.

During processing and manufacturing, check whether there are errors and omissions in the blanking list.

Check each type of reinforcement according to the blanking list.

After these two checks, release the actual samples according to the blanking list.

Batch production can be carried out only after trial production is qualified.

The processed reinforcement shall be listed and stacked in order.

The surface of reinforcement shall be clean, and the adhered oil, soil and rust must be cleaned before use.

The reinforcement shall be straightened mechanically.

The straightened reinforcement shall not have local bending, dead bending or small wave shape.

The cutting of reinforcement shall be based on the number, diameter, length and quantity of reinforcement.

The long materials shall be cut first and then the short ones.

The short ends of reinforcement shall be minimized and shortened to save steel and reduce losses.

During the bending of reinforcement, the bending point shall be determined by setting out, and the bending angle shall be determined according to the rebound strength of each reinforcement.

Before the formal bending, the steel bars bent in large quantities can be bent in batches only after passing the trial bending and confirming the relevant technical data.

After the rebar is bent, the bending part will form an arc.
