I.
The purpose and significance of the investigation.
In August 2015, the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe Gallery, It is proposed to gradually increase the proportion of urban roads equipped with underground comprehensive pipe gallery, comprehensively promote the construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery, and build a number of international advanced underground comprehensive pipe galleries and put them into operation by 2020.
At the same time, as China vigorously promotes housing industrialization, it is conducive to promoting the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of the construction industry, improving the core competitiveness of enterprises, forming new industrial clusters, cultivating industrial chains, and creating new economic growth points.
In order to understand the advanced technology, process, mold, equipment and refined management experience of European underground comprehensive pipe gallery and prefabricated components for building assembly, in accordance with the requirements of President Xu Yongmo, and in close combination with the national strategy of actively promoting the industrialization of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery and housing and the eager needs of the industry and enterprises, Shen Bing, Deputy Secretary General of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, led the team, 12 domestic concrete products manufacturers A delegation consisting of 19 representatives from concrete product equipment enterprises and project contracting enterprises visited Finland, Germany and Spain to inspect the production, installation and application of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery and prefabricated components of buildings, and visited relevant production enterprises and equipment enterprises.
This visit is of positive significance to promote enterprises in China’s concrete and cement products industry to broaden their horizons, change their development concepts, expand their development space, improve product quality and production management capabilities, and enhance their international competitiveness.
From November 10 to 21, 2015, this investigation activity lasted for 11 days, carrying out 11 official activities in a high density and fast pace, involving meetings, investigation of prefabricated component factories, prefabricated residential construction sites, prefabricated component design companies, connector design and production companies, Finland Construction Industry Alliance, equipment companies producing prefabricated box culverts, box culvert production and construction sites and other interactive communication activities.
During this visit, the Association built a multilateral interactive communication channel and cooperation platform for the member enterprises of the delegation and relevant enterprises, industry associations and R&D institutions in the three countries, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation and exchange.
2、 Main contents of the investigation 1.
Main data of Finland’s construction industry In 2014, the total output value of the construction industry was 28.8 billion euros, including 22.5 billion euros in housing construction (11.7 billion euros in building maintenance and repair, 10.8 billion euros in new construction), and 6.3 billion euros in other civil engineering (1.7 billion euros in maintenance and repair, 4.6 billion euros in investment).
In 2014, the total international turnover of Finnish construction enterprises was 1.9 billion euros, with Russia accounting for 44% of the total, followed by Norway, accounting for 21% of the total investment.
Other countries include Sweden, Estonia, Denmark, Lithuania and other countries, accounting for 14%, 7%, 5% and 5% respectively.
Through the exchange with the Finnish Construction Industry Alliance (Figure 1), the delegation had a deeper and more intuitive understanding of the development of precast concrete and ready mixed concrete in Finland.
Finland covers an area of 338000 square kilometers and has a population of 5.47 million.
There are 45 companies in the concrete industry, including two large international companies and 43 private enterprises (including ready mixed concrete, precast concrete and its products).
The total annual turnover of concrete and its products members joining the Finnish Construction Industry Alliance is about 1 billion euros, including 28 backbone members.
There are more than 300 factories in Finland, including about 150 ready mixed concrete factories and about 150 precast concrete and its products factories [1].

Visit the supplier of precast concrete machinery and equipment, production lines and complete sets of production equipment ELEMTIC, founded in 1959 and headquartered in Finland, is the world’s leading supplier of complete sets of precast concrete machinery and equipment, as well as the world’s leading one-stop supplier of precast concrete technology.
ELEMTIC’s outstanding technology has been widely used in more than 90 countries on five continents, mainly including Egypt, Russia, the Philippines, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and other countries, accounting for 40% of the global market share (except China).
The equipment provided covers prefabricated floor slab, wall, frame and foundation production line.
In 2013, Elemtic and China Building Materials Group established a joint venture called “Aile Kaisheng Precast Concrete Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.”.
2.1 According to the investment scale and output, the prefabricated wall and floor production line is divided into SEMI (Figure 2), PRO (Figure 3) and EDGE (Figure 4).
SEMI is a production line and machine for floor and wall panels, specially designed for prefabricated component plants with small output.
Its advantages are low investment and labor costs.
Wall products include sandwich panels, solid panels and cladding panels, but only two types of wallboards can be produced, namely hollow floor and solid floor.
PRO produces different types of wall and floor products, with large component output and fast return on investment.
The varieties of floor slabs produced by the company also include semi prefabricated floor slabs, ribbed slabs and T-beams..
