On site technical exchange meeting The laboratory checks, coordinates and implements daily construction activities, and holds various on-site coordination meetings and exchange observation meetings irregularly.

The laboratory held a weekly meeting, focusing on summarizing the completion of tests and inspections last week and arranging the inspection plan for the next week.

Relevant issues decided to implement in the meeting shall be formed into meeting minutes and sent to relevant departments.

1.3 Test and detection system 1.

Storage and transmission of samples 1.1 After the materials enter the warehouse, the keeper shall confirm that the name, specification, quantity, etc.

1.2 The sample manager is responsible for the warehousing and classified placement of the samples sent by the entrusting unit, and is responsible for the safety and integrity of the samples in the sample room.

1.3 The storage conditions of samples shall meet the standard requirements.

For samples with special storage requirements, monitoring facilities for the storage environment shall be established.

The sample manager shall record the implementation of the monitoring process.

1.4 The receiving and sending personnel shall send the completed inspection task notice to the laboratory director or technical director, and arrange relevant test personnel to conduct the test.

1.5 The test personnel shall go to the sample manager to get the samples and accessories to be tested with the test task notice, and the sample manager shall explain or propose the precautions for the use, safety, confidentiality and storage of samples in the test.

1.6 For the samples to be retained after inspection, the tester shall return the samples to the sample room, and the sample manager shall be responsible for the retention of the samples.

The samples shall be retained according to the requirements of the client or the effective storage period of the samples.

After the expiration of the trade and storage period, the sample administrator shall put forward handling suggestions, which shall be handled by the sample administrator after being approved by the technical director..
