Shijiazhuang Tiantong Project encountered such a problem at the early stage of construction.
There are four 27 storey precast residential buildings in this project.
In the early planning, it is considered that it is economical to use aluminum alloy formwork for 27 storey residential buildings.
However, we have not encountered aluminum alloy formwork for precast components in previous construction.
What technical difficulties are involved in the combination of the two, such as whether the existing support system of aluminum formwork can bear the load of PC components, How to ensure the stability of the frame, and how to deal with the slurry leakage at the junction of the laminated plate and aluminum film.
In response to these problems, the project department held a special meeting to analyze the problems, analyze the nodes, and then put forward countermeasures.

The aluminum mold and PC components such as beams and walls can also match each other, which requires us to make full planning before construction to eliminate the problems that are easy to occur in advance.
For example, when the aluminum mold is installed on the shear wall component, the location of the split screw hole on the PC component needs to be considered; When the beam PC member is used, the C-slot and the beam member shall be fixed with high-strength screws to prevent the C-slot disturbance from causing the displacement of the composite plate.
