I.
The purpose and significance of the investigation.
In August 2015, the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Urban Underground Integrated Pipe Corridors, It is proposed to gradually increase the proportion of urban roads equipped with underground comprehensive pipe gallery, comprehensively promote the construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery, and build a batch of underground comprehensive pipe gallery with international advanced level and put into operation by 2020.
At the same time, with China’s vigorous promotion of housing industrialization, it is conducive to promoting the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of the construction industry, improving the core competitiveness of enterprises, forming new industrial clusters, cultivating industrial chains, and creating new economic growth points.
In order to understand the advanced technology, process, mold, equipment and refined management experience of the European underground integrated pipe gallery and prefabricated components for building assembly, in accordance with the requirements of President Xu Yongmo, and in close combination with the national strategy of actively promoting the industrialization of urban underground integrated pipe gallery and housing, as well as the urgent needs of the industry and enterprises, led by Shen Bing, Deputy Secretary-General of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, 12 domestic concrete product manufacturers Nineteen representatives of concrete product equipment enterprises and engineering contracting enterprises formed a delegation to visit Finland, Germany and Spain, to investigate the production, installation and application of urban underground integrated pipe gallery and prefabricated components for building assembly, and to visit and investigate relevant production enterprises and equipment enterprises.
This visit is of positive significance to promote China’s concrete and cement products industry enterprises to broaden their horizons, change their development concepts, expand their development space, improve product quality and production management capabilities, and enhance their international competitiveness.
From November 10 to 21, 2015, this investigation activity lasted for 11 days and carried out 11 official activities in a high density and fast pace, involving meetings, visits to prefabricated component factories, prefabricated residential construction sites, prefabricated component design companies, connector design and production companies, Finnish construction industry alliance, equipment companies producing prefabricated box culverts, box culvert production and construction sites and other interactive exchange activities.
During this visit, the Association established a multilateral interactive communication channel and cooperation platform for the member enterprises of the delegation and the relevant enterprises, industry associations and research and development institutions in the three countries, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation and exchange.
2、 Main contents of the survey 1.
The main data of the Finnish construction industry in 2014 was 28.8 billion euros in total output value of the construction industry, including 22.5 billion euros in total housing construction production value (11.7 billion euros in total building maintenance and repair production value, 10.8 billion euros in total new building production value), and 6.3 billion euros in total other civil engineering production value (1.7 billion euros in total maintenance and repair production value, 4.6 billion euros in investment).
In 2014, the total international turnover of Finnish construction enterprises was 1.9 billion euros, with Russia accounting for 44% of the total, followed by Norway, accounting for 21% of the total investment, and Sweden, Estonia, Denmark, Lithuania and other countries, accounting for 14%, 7%, 5% and 5% respectively.
Through the communication with the Finnish Construction Industry Alliance (Figure 1), the delegation had a deeper and more intuitive understanding of the development status of precast concrete and ready-mixed concrete in Finland.
Finland has a land area of 338000 square kilometers and a population of 5.47 million.
Its concrete industry mainly consists of 45 companies, including two large international companies and 43 private enterprises (including ready-mixed concrete, prefabricated concrete and its products).
The total annual turnover of the members of the Finnish Construction Industry Alliance for concrete and its products is about 1 billion euros, including 28 backbone members.
There are more than 300 factories in Finland, including about 150 ready-mixed concrete factories and about 150 prefabricated concrete and its products factories [1].

Visit the supplier of prefabricated concrete machinery, equipment, production lines and complete sets of production equipment, ELEMTIC company, ELEMTIC, founded in 1959, headquartered in Finland, is the world’s leading supplier of prefabricated concrete machinery and complete sets of equipment, as well as the world’s leading one-stop supplier of prefabricated concrete technology.
ELEMTIC’s outstanding technology has been widely used in more than 90 countries on five continents, mainly including Egypt, Russia, the Philippines, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and other countries, accounting for 40% of the global market share (except China).
The equipment provided covers the production line of prefabricated floors, walls, frames and foundations.
In 2013, Elemtic and China Building Materials Group established a joint venture “Elekton Precast Concrete Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.”.
2.1 According to the investment scale and output, the prefabricated wall and floor production lines are divided into SEMI (Figure 2), PRO (Figure 3) and EDGE (Figure 4).
SEMI is a production line and machine for floor and wall panels, specially designed for prefabricated component factories with small output.
Its advantages are low investment and labor costs.
Wall products include sandwich panels, solid panels, and cladding panels, but only hollow floors and solid floors can be produced.
PRO produces different types of wall and floor products, with large output of components and fast return on investment.
The types of floor slabs it produces also include semi-prefabricated floor slabs, rib slabs and T-shaped beams.
