The research objective of the project is to invent an intelligent system for the design, production and transportation of prefabricated concrete components.
The highlights of scientific research and development of this project are as follows: 1.
Carry out systematic integration and innovation of BIM technology, Internet technology, Internet of Things technology and prefabricated building technology, build a prefabricated smart factory management platform, and serve the whole process of design, procurement, production, construction, operation and maintenance of prefabricated buildings; 2.
Independent research and development of corresponding production line control software to realize information management of production line operation process; 3.
Effectively connect the central control system and the prefabricated smart factory management platform, and construct the multi-agent based control system structure model of concrete precast mechanism by adopting the heterogeneous hybrid mode of centralized and distributed combination.
