Suspended ceilings with a second level fire resistance rating are made of non combustible materials, and their fire resistance limit is not limited.

2.

The fire resistance limit of firewalls in Class A and B factories and Class A, B, and C warehouses should not be less than 4.00 hours.

3.

The fire resistance limits of columns in single-story factory buildings (warehouses) with first and second level fire resistance ratings should not be less than 2.50h and 2.00h, respectively.

4.

The roof load-bearing components of a single or multi-layer factory building (warehouse) shall be fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system with a first level fire resistance rating.

The fire resistance limit of the roof load-bearing components shall not be less than 1.00 hours.

5.

Non load-bearing exterior walls, except for Class A and B warehouses and high-rise warehouses, for non load-bearing exterior walls of buildings with fire resistance levels of Class I and II, when non combustible walls are used, their fire resistance limit should not be less than 0.25 hours; When using fire-resistant walls, it should not be less than 0.50 hours.

When non combustible walls are used for non load-bearing exterior walls of Class D and Class E above ground factories (warehouses) with fire resistance ratings of Level 1 and Level 2 on floors 4 and below, their fire resistance limit is not limited.

6.

When using non combustible walls, the fire resistance limit of room partitions in a factory (warehouse) with a secondary fire resistance rating should be increased by 0.25 hours.

7.

The second level fire resistance rating of pre-stressed floor slabs shall not be less than 0.75 hours for floors in multi-story factories and warehouses that use pre-stressed reinforced concrete.

8.

The fire resistance limits of the roof panels of a factory building (warehouse) with a first and second level fire resistance rating should not be less than 1.50h and 1.00h, respectively.

9.

The roof panels of factories (warehouses) with first and second level fire resistance ratings should be made of non combustible materials.

The waterproof layer of the roof should use non combustible and non combustible materials; When combustible waterproof materials are used and laid on combustible or non combustible insulation materials, non combustible materials should be used as protective layers for waterproof materials or combustible or non combustible insulation materials.

10.

When it is necessary to use metal sandwich panels for non load-bearing exterior walls, room partitions, and roof panels in buildings, the core material should be non combustible and the fire resistance limit should comply with the relevant provisions of this specification.

11.

Unless otherwise specified in this specification, the fire resistance rating of a factory (warehouse) that is supported by wooden columns and has walls made of non combustible materials can be determined according to level four.

12.

The exposed parts of nodes in prefabricated reinforced concrete components should be protected against fire, and the fire resistance limit of nodes should not be lower than the corresponding component’s fire resistance limit
