Industry experts say that the next 10 years will be a golden period for the development of precast buildings

Recently, seven experts and practitioners in the field of precast buildings from China Architectural Society, China architectural standards design and Research Institute, Beijing University of technology, China Real Estate Association, MCC real estate, Huanai home and Zhongjing building materials, When attending the Trend Outlook of China’s real estate industry and the 22nd China housing and urban rural development fair cihaf2021 with the theme of “long-term ism: responding to the situation and seeking innovation”, a round table dialogue was held on “the next decade of China’s precast construction industry”.

They believe that green and low-carbon development is the only way for China’s construction industry and real estate industry.

In the next 10 years, China’s construction industrialization and precast decoration will usher in a golden period of vigorous development.

In this process, real estate enterprises should comply with the changes of the times, not only expand and strengthen the assembly industry, but also realize the growth of self height and quality.

I.

Ye Ming, Secretary General of the construction industry modernization development committee of China Architectural Society, said that with the formal proposal of precast buildings in the central conference and documents in 2016, there has been an upsurge in the development of precast buildings in China.

Nowadays, under the “double carbon” goal and long-term ism, in the process of high-quality transformation of the real estate industry, precast decoration is an inevitable choice, and the market space is huge.

Second, “precast buildings should be considered systematically and professionally.” Wang Lihui, chief architect of the Standardization Institute of China architectural standards design and Research Institute, believes that the next 10 years will be a golden period for the vigorous development of China’s architectural industrialization and precast decoration.

In the process of house construction, building is the key; When developing cast decoration parts, it should be combined with the current construction situation in China, and systematic consideration should be taken from design to construction, technology to the production end of parts and components.

III.

Li Hua, a lecturer in the Department of industrial design of Beijing University of technology and an expert in decision-making and consulting of affordable housing in Beijing, said that precast decoration is to promote the application of modern industrial technology in building interior decoration, and will improve the mode of production, industrial structure and social relations among relevant people.

IV.

“the market prospect of precast decoration is huge.

Low carbon development is the only way for China’s construction industry and real estate industry.” At the meeting, Yu Weiwei, Deputy Secretary General of the urban renewal Committee of China Real Estate Association, said that the background of developing precast decoration is that China is now in a “double carbon era”.

China clearly put forward the double carbon goals of “carbon peak” in 2030 and “carbon neutralization” in 2060 in 2020.

Referring to “carbon emissions”, internationally, carbon emissions in the construction sector account for more than one third.

Among them, cement and ceramics in traditional buildings occupy a lot of resources.

Compared with traditional buildings and home decoration, precast building materials can reduce carbon emissions by 30%, which is undoubtedly more environmentally friendly and low-carbon.

“Precast buildings are conducive to improving production efficiency and promoting the development of building industrialization.” According to the project leader of China Construction First Bureau, precast buildings have the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, green environmental protection, reducing costs, improving use functions and performance, and are one of the important directions for the development of building structures in China…
