The Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development issued the guiding opinions on accelerating the development of steel structure buildings, vigorously promoted the application of steel structure in public buildings and industrial buildings, and actively and steadily promoted steel structure residential buildings.
According to the actual situation, all cities have formulated the implementation plan of precast buildings, determined the development objectives, key tasks and safeguard measures, and promoted the development of precast buildings step by step and stage by stage.
Industrial support was gradually strengthened.
There are 105 manufacturers of precast building parts and 793 production lines in our province.
Among them, there are 54 manufacturers of precast concrete components and accessories, with a production capacity of more than 5.8 million cubic meters; There are 48 manufacturers of cast steel structure components, with a production capacity of more than 5.27 million tons; There are 3 manufacturers of cast wood structural components, with a production capacity of more than 70000 cubic meters.
At present, the coordinated development mode of the whole industry chain such as R & D, design, production, transportation, assembly, decoration and operation and maintenance has been preliminarily formed, and the precast construction industry chain has been preliminarily formed.
The standard system is becoming more and more perfect.
Relying on scientific research institutions such as Anhui University of architecture, Hefei University of technology and Anhui architectural design and Research Institute, we have extensively carried out research on Key Technologies of precast building industrialization, and completed a number of key topics such as research on the promotion mechanism and key technologies of steel structure building industrialization and the application of BIM Technology in precast buildings, The technical system of industrialized quality control of precast buildings has been improved.
During the 13th Five Year Plan period, 12 standards related to precast buildings (see Table 1 for details) and 5 supporting standard designs (Atlas) were issued and implemented, forming a relatively perfect standard system for precast buildings..
